The vehicle is "1985 Land Rover Defender 110 Dormobile" but a few details they have listed on the auction reveals that it has a Puma diesel engine; and a quick look at the interior shows that it's been updated to the latest Defender styling. The Dormobile conversion adds a pop top along with a sleeper-couch and a small cooking station
